I Screwed Up My Buttercream... Ugh! Help!

So I'm icing 75 cupcakes for a party tomorrow. I doubled my recipe... everything but the sugar, I realize after I've decorated 28 of them with my 1M tip! It tastes great, it's just a little "lighter" than normal, more like a whipped frosting. Basically, my screwed up recipe had 2 cups of butter, 4 tsp of vanilla, 1TB of water, and about 3 cups of powdered sugar. I REALLY don't want to take all of this buttercream off of the chocolate cupcakes and waste it. Do you think they'll hold up until 7 pm tomorrow night when the party's over? It's humid here, but the AC should be on in the house where the party is. I'm transporting them to my sister's about 45 minutes away. What should I do? Scrape off and start over or leave as is?
