Help With Jennifer Dontz's Chocolate Fondant

Hi, I just made Jennifer's Chocolate Fondant for the first time and am finding it impossible to use because it is so soft and stretchy. I followed the recipe exactly and used the same brands as Jennifer.

Any advise?

You need to let it rest overnight so the chocolate firms up. If you don't have the time you can put it in the fridge fo 45 minutes to speed the process.
