I make one by adding chopped mar. cherries, 1 cup of cherry cola & a little cherry extract in the batter, just replace the usual liquids with these. It makes a very moist cake and I get lots of complaments on it everytime I make it. Sometimes I throw in some mini-chocolate chips also.
