Yah!!! I had read about others making their fondant in their mixers but I was always apprehensive about trying it. I made it the hard/messy way on my counter top by hand. Well thank goodness I tried it, it work out GREAT. So much quicker and SO much less messy 
I will NEVER make fondant on my counter again

Ive never made fondant before but I am wanting to try it soon and am happy to know my kitchenaid can handle it.

I have only used my KitchenAid to do MMF and it is wonderful!!! I also use Marshmallow Fluff instead of melting marshmallows.
