Please, Help Me Find This Stand

One of my friends grandaughter is wanting this cake for her wedding in Aug. I have searched every website That I can think of and more, with no luck.
Does anyone know where I can find it?
(I'm not real crazy about it, but she has her heart set on it)

if it's old & no longer for sale on regular cake supply websites I'd try ebay
