I was asked to make a cake for someone my sister works with. They want the saying "I've used up all my sick days so I'm calling in dead" on the cake. I have no idea how to decorate around that! Any ideas are REALLY appreciated!!

A grave and tombstone comes to mind. You could always put some flowers on the 'grave'.
