does anyone know of any carving classes, gum paste flower classes, figurine molding, etc. etc that may be offered out here in california either in the los angeles area or sacramento area???

If u r willing to go to San Dimas...There is a cake decorating store that offers fondant classes, and also they have free demo on candy making once or twice a month....A&J cake Decorating...phone number 626 335-7747...hope that helps u. It is in the San Gabriel Valley...

A&J Cake and Candy Store offers a variety of classes....buttercream, fondant, gum paste flowers, wedding cake classes, candy making, cookie decorating. You can view all classes offered on their website, www.ajcake.com. They are located in Glendora, CA...which is about 20 miles from los angeles. (626) 335-7747
