I just have to show these off. Thanks to NoahLili and KimmieJ for the inspiration to make these. (well during the process I was not liking them to well and felt my inspiration taking a dive) But I made it through it, and am so proud of how these turned out. They are for my DIL's baby shower tomorrow, our first grandchild (a boy) due the middle of July. I did post the pic in my photos, but just had to show them off here too. I knew all the CCr's would understand my excitement for achieving somthing that I did not think I could do.

That is so cute! I saw the princess castle ones a little while ago. Are mini cakes the new trend? I've been out of the loop for a little while.

Thank you everyone, it was a MAJOR success at the shower today, everyone loved the cakes and cookies. My DIL loved them and kept telling everyone that her MIL made the cakes and cookies, it made me feel so proud, just the looks of amazement on peoples faces and the wonderful compliments made all the hard work worth it. Thanks to everyone on CC, I read all the advice and tips and have learned so much. Thanks again to NoahLili and KimmieJ for the inspiration!
