Hi... have any of you ordered dec ons or royal icing decorations from wholesalesugarflowers.com?

I'm trying to find out how they're packaged, and their offices are closed right now. Are they just thrown in a bag and "you get what you get?" Or are they shrink wrapped on a solid surface like cardboard or soft foam?

I love their prices, but want to make sure that if I buy that many, I"m getting non-broken ones!

Thanks! Maria

I ordered from them a year ago, the RI flowers were packed in layers of bubble wrap and foam and not one was broken. I was very pleased, I have since learned to make my own, but in a pinch would order from them again.

the dec-ons look like lucks items...if that's the case, they are well packaged...on foam with separater boards and shipped in a corrugated box.

I've not ordered ri items (thought about it though)

I've ordered lots of times from them. I've ordered gumpaste and royal flowers and they were very carefully packaged. I've never received anything that was broken. HTH
