I have an order for a grad cake, it's for a student that was in everything.

He was in school plays (drama club) science club, german club, av club, and has a band, there may be a few more. Any ideas on how to incorporate all this together.

I was thinking of something like a marquee or playbill

Wow! Busy Kid.

What if you made 2D or 3D fondant items of what his interests are and placed them aroung the edges of the cake - beaker and neutron symbol, tv, guitar or whatever he plays, etc. I like the idea of the marquee as a topper saying something like Congrats XXXX Class of 2010 as the show name.

If he's going to college, maybe you could use his major instead of all his high school stuff.

I was thinking the same thing that melmar02 was thinking, with the fondant images of what he did.

Good luck and post a picture of what you do!
