Luau Bachlorette Cake With "mens Part's"

Hey everyone, I need some help with ideas, please. I've got a lady that wants a bachlorette cake. The theme is luau. She wants something fun and says she doesn't mind having "men's parts" on the cake somewhere. Anybody got any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks for the ideas. I ended up doing kind of a beach scene, with palm trees, beach ball, surf boards. I then put a man surfing in the water with nothing on but a lei around his neck. This was really fun to do, but think I will avoid them in the future.
