It should still be fine. I use Indydebi's recipe and it keeps fine for up to two weeks at room tempature. Covered of course.
I currently have bc that has been in my frig for two weeks and I plan on putting it in the freezer sometime this week so my (hobby baker) opinion would be to put it in the freezer. I do not use her recipe but I don't think (obviously) that there is anything perishable in it if it can be left on the counter. As long as the bc tastes and looks okay, I do not see why you couldn't freeze it now; remember, I am not a professional! ![]()
