How do I make a sphere cake turn on it's own. I know that you can use a motor but have no idea where to buy one. I am stationed in Italy with my husband so I don't have access to Walmart or any stores back in the states. I've been looking out in town but all the instructions are in Italian and can't tell if they rotate or not. The sphere is going to be the size of a bowling ball and covered in fondant. I need ti a couple days before Father's Day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have access to a hobby shop that specializes in Radio Controlled stuff (cars, planes, etc)? I think that would be your best bet for finding what you need, as well as someone who can tell you exactly how to do it.

Italian for rotate is 'giri', rotating is 'rotazione' if that helps.
