hey all,
I need help with a price please! What would you charge for a NY Rangers Jersey cake-Full Detail, for 90 ppl, chocolate, with cookie and cream filling and fondant-Plus a little 6 or 8 in cake to go along side it as a hockey puck with the Rangers logo on it. Forgot to mention I live in NY.

For a 2 layer cake cut in the shape of a jersey, done in fondant detailing plus a 6" 2-layer puck cake in fondant, total 90 servings - $315 ($3.50 per serving).

don't forget to add in any licensing fees that the NY rangers require to recreate their logo/jersey. Unless you get enough business that you dont' have to charge this customer all of it and it's in your overheads.

UGH! I hadn't thought about jersey's breaking copyright!! icon_razz.gif Thanks for that reminder!

Oops...to the OP - I would charge by the serving too. and I would charge 3.50-4.00 depending on how much fondant.
