I need help finding a recipe for white cake that I can extend to large amount. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the recipe for the Durable Cake for 3D and Wedding Cakes found in the recipes section? It could be extended for making a larger cake and is firm and moist. Just do a search in the recipe section.
