Does anyone have the info on how Jeff Arnett makes his faux fondant? I tried to contact him, but he is no longer available at the e-mail address provided. I saw his "Elizabeth" cake posted here on CC and would really like to know how it is done. Any info you could give me would be most appreciated.

Type in ''faux fondant'' under the RECIPE tab. It will bring up 2 recipes.
