i need to make a football cake today. i need to know how to make the shoe stand like the picture below. the cake was done by dukebrees. i can't post the picture but here is the link

I hope you've already made the shoe, that looks as if it's a gumpaste one, what throws me is, how she offcentered the ball, that one is either styrofoam or cake, either way, an incredible cake

The shoe and the base is cake and the ball is RKT

Hmmh in the pic (it's small) it looks as if it's empty inside. How did you support the shoe, how is the board underneath? All the way, cause it looks as if the shoe is on an angle. You'd probably have to dowel the shoe through the bottom cake and stick the ball next to it
