How Much To Charge

Might have a contract with a local farm to provide 15 wedding cakes throughout the summer. They are looking for a base price for a 3 tier wedding cake... Not sure what to tell them because my prices always vary depending on detail. They did say that prices may vary depending on the request of the bride and groom but not sure. They sell weddings packages so it would be the farm paying for the cake. Any advise???

If they want a set price, what you need to do is design 3 or so cakes and then you can figure how much each one would be per serving. Have a low, middle, and high design. Also, limit the flavor choices.
