I have a local bakery that uses a frosting that is very light and airy, but has some structure to it. It's creamy, but not cream cheesy at all and not as smooth as plain whipped cream. It has a more airy look.
Any ideas on what type of frosting this is?
Thanks so much for any ideas.
Rich's Bettercream?
Why not just ask the bakery. Mine sells our frosting in buckets. Buttercream and Whipped.
