I have a cake I am donating to my brothers Drill team. It will be a prtty big cake Is it safe for me to start baking on thursday or is that too soon. What is the earliest I can make the cake?

I think it depends on the cake you are making. A WASC will be good that long - just cool, wrap really well and freeze if you can.

I wouldn't bake and leave it out that long freeze it and take it out sat crumb coat and decorate sun for mon. I bake thur decorate fri for sat.
