Any members from Australia?? I'm planning on traveling to Australia in August and would like to take some fondant/gumpaste classes. Anyone know where I can get more info on this?? I'll be in Hobart. I've searched online but couldn't really find anything that wasn't a formal degree program.
Thanks in advance! icon_biggrin.gif

Not much at all in Hobart (one of the smallest Australian cities - approx 200,000) - remember Aussie only has 25million in the WHOLE country!

They have some amazing decoraters though!!

Here's the email for the Australian Cake Decoraters Association - Tasmania Branch [email protected]

Maybe your trip will co-incide with a meeting you could attend - they normally have 4 dems per meeting - or they may be able to offer you some 'private' lessons.

Rosemary Kerrison is amazing but think she is farther north than Hobart, as is Betty Debnam (fantastic flowers)

Enjoy your stay!
