Setup Time For Ganache Before Applying Fondant?

I am making a cake and using Ganache under the chocolate fondant instead of buttercream. How long do you wait after making the ganache do you apply the ganache and how long do you wait after applying ganache before you apply the fondant? Thanks for your help!

Depends...I usually let mine sit overnight, then apply to cake next morning, the let it sit all day and place fondant that evening.
