Cricut Pressure And Speed ?

I received my Cricut Cake this weekend, and have been playing with it. I hae some successes and some failures, which is what I expected.

I was wondering what other cakers use for their speed and pressure? I didn't find much aobut what to use when in the instruction mannual or the DVD.

I have used mine a little since I got it a couple weeks ago. The only settings that I've used so far is med. speed and med. pressure. It seems to work for me. I used it on my Winnie the Pooh cake and made the C's on my last Coach purse.
