It is a little off white. Should I add Bight White?
Did you use clear vanilla? I make it all the time and it always comes out white.
Did you use regular milk or half and half? I've used heavy cream before and it wasn't white/white. I'm just curious as to why yours turned out off white.
BTW...I did use brite white when I used the cream. It worked for me.
I used milk. Maybe also some of the creamer water mixture. I also add lemon extract as one of my flavorings. That has a yellow tint. Maybe that why. What favorings do you use?

The creamer/water mixture isn't in her receipe?
. I'm not saying that you can't use it
I'm just saying that it isn't in her receipe so I didn't think of it being used.
. I use clear vanilla in mine unless I don't need white/white icing. I use real vanilla extract otherwise and then of course it's ivory. Maybe it was the liquid creamer?
Were you able to get it white with the brite white?
