Hello there,

Sorry, I didn't reply sooner, I have been off the net for a few weeks, my husband "killed" our laptop whilst trying to install something!

We definately DON'T have cake flour in Germany, also no self-raising flour, only plain flour. I always have to try and mix my own together.

Also, there is a distinct lack of cake decorating supplies in the usual supermarkets etc - you can only get gumpaste, fondant and co at specialist shops (there are only a handful in all of Germany) and that mostly online.

So you really should bring anything with you, that you need.

So when will you be in Düsseldorf - that is only 40km away from me?
