Can anyone tell me how I can colour Fondant icing to get a really shocking pink. without altering the consistency

I'm not sure what color your talking about. icon_confused.gif But Wilton Rose is what I use for "hot pink". thumbs_up.gif The amount I add to get a very rich color doesn't change the consistency at all.

Thanks I have some rose here which ive never used. Your hot pink, I think is what we call shocking pink here in UK. Will have a try tonight and let you lnow. many thanks

americolor electric pink would work great!

i use americolors electric pink as well. I did not have good results with Wilton's rose pink. Good luck!
