Is Lorann the only flavoring oils I should use? I'm assuming Wilton's are as bad tasting as their fondant and gum paste? I'm considering buying some butter flavored oil to use in buttercream, and am wondering if Lorann is what I should get. Thanks....

Actually, the Wilton flavors aren't horrible. Lorann's are good, as well as Watson's, if you want to check them out. Definitely better quality than Wilton, but in a pinch, Wilton will work fine.
