I am making a 4 tiered wedding cake and the bottom, and 3rd tier will be styrofoam. Is the styrofoam sturdy enough to hold the cakes or do I need some support? I think it is. Just wondering. Thanks for any help!!!!
I have done 4 to 5 tier wedding and event cakes before with a syrafoam base, it is enough support without dowels or etc. Never had a problem. Hope this helps
