Sugarveil In Silicone Molds

Just ordered my sugarveil icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif I am wondering does anyone use this for silicone molds? I never had success trying to put fondant into those things!!

Hi Mug-a-bug,

SugarVeil works great in silicone molds, as long as they are very shallow. Chef Dominic of makeyourownmolds.com is very knowledgeable about the how-tos of this.

We also have a Lace Confectioners' Mat designed to be used with SugarVeil that works great and is really very easy to make large pieces of lace (the mat is 11" x 16") .
