hi all

i know this may be an odd question but what would be the quick easy way of keeping sugarpaste models soft apart from wrapping it in plastic wrap. i want to make a few objects in advance for placing on a cake but i don't want these pieces to harden as i want to be able to mould it on the cake. for instance i want to make a few 'rocks' to place at the bottom of castle turrets but these rocks will also be the main structure for keeping the turrets upright. i also want to cut out flowers but i want to be able to move the petals a bit when i place on the cake. i hope i have explained myself well.

thank you

Hi, I think you have to do them when you are putting the cake together. Even though you make them in advance, they will crust and when you mold them into places it will crack.
