I am making a birthday cake for a friend and he works for CSX and I was wanting to make a CSX cake for him he had some of my daughters birthday cake and really liked the bc icing but his favorite cake is pineapple upside down cake and I was wanting to do a two layer with a pineapple upside down cake on the bottom layer and put another cake made with pineapple supreme mix on top...he said he didn't care how I made it just as long as it had the bc icing on it...he isn't picky..I was just wondering if my ideal would work or not this is only my second cake...any suggestions are welcomed...thanks!!!
