I'm making a layered cake with cheesecake in the middle for my sister for mother's day. I can't think of anything to really liven it up so its not boring. She doesn't like raspberry flavor so anything other than that. I'm completely drawing a blank. HELP!

My sister in law makes a really good cake. She layers:
Caramel Drizzle
Cream Cheese Frosting
Chocolate Cake
Cheesecake
Chocolate Cake
Cheesecake
Chocolate cake
She garnishes the top with those pirhouette cookies...it looks and tastes awesome
