Making A Person.....

Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to make a person?? I have never done this before and need to make a Rock Climbing girl for a birthday party. Any help would be great.

I also bought the clear plastic people molds. I think they are for chocolate. They were only 2 bucks each and they worked great with gumpaste.
