Wow, we need something like that at the grocery store bakery I work at.
This is a wondrful time saver. Many cake companies require good decorators to be fast, fast, fast! One who I know quite well had exactually 15 seconds to fill and ice a cake. He left after a week. This machine is for those in that kind of production.
Don't worry. People still need us to do extraordinay delights with sugar.
