I know there are quite a few of these questions but I can't find the answers to what I need. I have a business name picked out. However, I am very confused by all of this licensing and legal stuff. If I am able to bake cakes in licensed kitchen like a church or something, what else do I need to do?? Please help.

Check with your local health department or States department of Agriculture as rules vary by each state and sometimes counties.
