I need some suggestions on an airbrushing kit for cakes. I have one and I think it is very cheap because it will not allow me to do thin lines. I need so suggestions please. Your help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
to get thin lines you have to hold the brush really close to the surface. if its buttercream it will probably mark the icing, blowing it aside. practice on paper holding the gun close to the paper and pull it away, that way you can learn to control the spray with distance. it just takes practise.
If you want to do thin lines on buttercream let it crust first, it makes it much less stressful.
