Ok, newbie here....I have never used Ganache, how do you use it & does anyone have a good recipe? Thanks!

All ganache is not the same - there are different types of ganache for different purposes - the ratio of chocolate to cream is different and there are many different ways to prepare it

It is basically chocolate and cream BUT thats a understatement and a half!!

First you need to decide what you want to do with the ganache
I have seen a lot of incorrect information on here - and it continues to do the rounds!

Type Ganache in an Advanced Google Search and type the Cake Central website in - then................ sit back with a good bottle of wine and read, and read, and read
