Figures....I finally iced the PERFECT cake! I covered it in fondant and it tore everywhere....never had that problem before. I continued on, thinking I could hide the tears with the decroations but it wasn't working and I gave up. It's back in the fridge and I'm going to tear the fondant off in the morning and reapply with a fresh batch of fondant. I'm wondering.....should I do it on a cold cake or room temperature? Which one will give less damage to my perfectly iced cake!?
