Does anyone use a mechanical fondant sheeter or pasta machine to roll their fondant out with? I am looking into finding something that will work and could use some advice.
I love to use Satin Ice, but have found that when working on large cakes, by the time I get it rolled out, it is already starting to dry, which makes it harder to get on the cake, and is sometimes cracks.
