is it ok to make a cake on thursday, ice and decorate on friday, to be delivered sunday afternoon?

Absolutely as long as it doesn't have a filling that needs to be refrigerated. I bake on Thursday , wrap & freeze. Ice & decorate on Friday & leave it in the fridge until Sunday. If you don't have room, then you can leave it out covered in a box.

thank you. I do not have the room in my freezer to store it, but I can make room in my fridge ... so thank you!

Ok... I have to ask...is that your cat? And if so, did you have to tranquilize him/her to get that outfit on?

yes, that was my cat cheddar. He passed on just shortly after his 1st birthday. he was 6 months old in that picture. I loved cheddar because you could do ANYTHING to him, and he would roll with it .. as you can see!
