Is It Possible To Get That Flat Matte Finish With Airbrushin

I have an airbrush machine but it doesn't give me that flat matte finish...it is more like a shiny enamle instead. Are there any tricks I can do to get that effect?

u tried using petal dust?

brush on corn starch when it dries and then brush that off.
