I would be interested in getting feedback on rental agreements. Do you have a signed agreement? or just a verbal arrangement? If you have a written contract, is it real formal, like prepared by a lawyer or just written up by the facility owner.

My lease was drawn up by their attorney and reviewed by my attorney. Terms like Triple Net can be confusing and there was LOTS of stuff in my lease that I was responsible for that I wouldnt' have caught w/o an attorney review. It was about 12-15 pages long.
