Hey all,
I wondering how much one recipe of smbc makes?
(this is the one I'm taking about http://cakecentral.com/recipes/5453/the-well-dressed-cake-swiss-meringue-buttercream-with-variations )

If I were to frost cupcakes, piping, would 1 recipe be enough for 12? 24?

Going by the ingred amounts I am guess about 4 to 5 cups of icing, depending on how thick you put it on, you should get 24 out a recipe.
