wow .. that seems like a lot! But I will take your word for it!
prt is good with her numbers. Just do the math. A standard size piece is 2x2" square. Divide each side by 2 and cut that many columns and rows.
I round my numbers so I would be cutting the 9x13 into 4 rows by 6 columns = 24 pieces. (since I round my numbers, that's why they differ slightly from prt's, but you can see we're both in the same range.)
If you plan to cut the pieces bigger, then just do the math using those dimensions.
