Can anyone tell me how far in advance I could make a figure out of rkt before I will be serving the cake?
I am going to be making Elmo out of rkt for the top of my daughters cake in May.
What is the furthest in advance I could make Elmo (without him being eaten, of course!).

Thanks, I'm thinking the same thing...I'm hoping that I can make it, wrap it in Saran and freeze it. I'm just trying to work on it now so that it's easier the week of her party!
