How Early Do You Bake Your Cakes?

Because I work 9-5 and must bake in the evenings I usually bake my cakes two days before delivery and decorate the night before delivery. I don't have room for freezing cakes.

Wondering how far in advance do you bake your cakes?

Mine are 2-4 days before decorating but I do freeze my cakes.
