What do you use to get uniform cupcakes? Is there a particular size ice cream or cookie scoop?

I have a very similar ice cream scoop it makes things so much easier and cleaner. Plus you cupcakes will come out pretty close in size.

#16 disher for standard size cupcakes. One level scoop fills them perfect.
