I am making my son a batman cake for his 5th birthday this weekend. Looking at all the great photos, I am hoping I can do it. My question is what are all those buildings made out of? Can I use fondant, and stick them to the sides of the cakes? I thought of color flow but have never used it. Or should I use 50/50 fondant and gumpaste? Sorry lots of questions! Any advise would be great! Thanks Marisa.
