I have a very large stencil cake to do (Martha Steward damask stencil from Designer Stencils) I will be stenciling on fondant. What works best...royal, buttercream, melted chocolate, or melted fondant. The tutorial on this site says you can use any of them. Just wondering which is best.

I think it's all a matter of preference. Personally, I have only used royal on fondant. Never had a chance to try anything else icon_smile.gif
