Hi there, wondered if there is any difference between the two?

I know provo brought this out specifically aimed at the cake community after they found out so many of us were using thier machines for cake work.

I guess im trying to figure out wetehr i wasted my money and shouldve waited , are tehre any major differences between the cake and expression? what about the cutting mats?

i bought my expression about a year ago, have had mixed results with gumpaste.Am going to try moddeling chocolate in it next.
